Bernard SieganDistinguished Professor of LawUniversity of San Diego School of LawBy Gail HeriotOur beloved friend and colleague Bernie Siegan passed away last night. Bernie had remained hospitalized since suffering a stroke late last year, but his death was nevertheless unexpected.
Bernie was a friend and inspiration to many. He will be sorely missed. I will post further information when I receive it.
